On the occasion of the 21th edition of the Éclats d’Émail Jazz Festival, we invite you to a unique experience: discovering behind the scenes of three local companies, Uniqua, ODD ONE OUT and HiFi Référence, both partners of the festival.
These visits, organized in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Limoges and Haute-Vienne, highlight the excellence and diversity of our region’s know-how.
Since its creation, the festival has always aimed to be more than just a musical event: a unifying celebration that contributes both to the cultural vitality and to the economic visibility of Limoges and its stakeholders.

UNIQUA – COMPANY VISIT – “DISCOVER OUR KNOW-HOW”
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19
Uniqua Limoges is a brand from Limoges specialized in the manufacturing of customizable sneakers. The concept was born from a heritage of several generations of shoemakers and from the desire to bring novelty and modernity to the footwear sector. Passion for the craft, the sharing of this know-how, and the will to work locally shaped the idea of launching a brand of sneakers with endless possibilities.
In October 2021, Julien Jourdanne embarked on this adventure and created the first models in his garage. A few weeks later, Uniqua took part in the “Made in France Fair” and won the Innovation Award. Many regional artists collaborate with the brand Uniqua Limoges to design authentic models in limited and numbered series.
In autumn 2024, new premises located at 25 Rue Adrien Dubouché in Limoges became the new home for the company’s creativity and momentum. The relationship between Uniqua and the Festival began when the company was founded, both convinced of the value of strong communication carried by the event. For the Festival’s 21st anniversary, Wednesday, November 25 will give a group of 20 people the opportunity to discover the premises, watch the design and creation of a sneaker, and end the day to the rhythm of one of the best gypsy jazz ensembles in Nouvelle-Aquitaine: the duo Gaël Rouilhac (guitar) & Yann Le Bleis (guitar).
SCHEDULE FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25
- Group welcome: 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM – workshop visit and start of production of a pair of sneakers
- Group return: 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM with finalization of the pair of sneakers
- Concert by Gaël Rouilhac and Yann Le Bleis: 6:00 PM / 7:00 PM, followed by a friendly drink
- Registration: on the UNIQUA website (https://uniqua-limoges.fr) until Wednesday, November 18. Capacity: 80 people for the concert

ODD ONE OUT – COMPANY VISIT
This year, Frédérique COULOMB will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the ODD ONE OUT space, an adventure that began with a passionate love of fashion and garment making, driven by the desire to offer a unique shopping experience.
As an independent boutique, she has always favored the best value for money, choosing pieces that combine sport-chic style with the understated elegance of Nordic brands.
Her philosophy, symbolized by the name “OddOneOut,” is to celebrate the atypical and the uniqueness within each of us. It is a space where diversity reigns, welcoming a broad and varied clientele, from teenagers to older customers, all united by a shared love of fashion. Located in a historic building in Limoges, the boutique blends old-world charm with modernity. Exposed beams, authentic stonework, and vintage decorative pieces create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, inviting visitors on a journey into the world of men’s fashion.
Thursday, November 26 from 5:30 PM – Concert with guitarist and singer Loïs MORGAN, “The One BluesMan Band” (vocals, guitar, drums, pump harmonium)
In February 2022, Loïs Morgan set foot for the first time, at age 23 and in hobo style, in the Deep South of the United States…
The doors of Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans opened.
The young man he was then was not simply traveling to the other side of the world to listen to traditional music; he was truly on a mission: to find, in that bustling hive, a certain John Fohl, former guitarist for the great Dr. John, who had introduced him to the blues when he was 15 years old…
Taken under the wing of this local blues master, he was able to follow his teachings, learning at the source the songs of Snooks Eaglin, Blind Blake, Blind Willie Johnson, and others…
At the end of this first journey, the young musician decided to shut himself away in rural Louisiana. A small isolated wooden cabin on the edge of the Cajun community of Breaux Bridge sheltered him for about two weeks, fulfilling a deep need for solitude. There, on the porch, sitting in a weathered old rocking chair, eyes fixed on the Atchafalaya River flowing just beneath his boots, he played guitar all day and all night. It was “over there,” as the old jazz song says, that he composed most of the tracks on his latest album, “Voodoo Spell,” released in December 2025, the result of collaborations with three Louisiana musicians and already awarded a coup de coeur by the France Blues Society. This same album, born from his very soul, will be submitted to the Memphis Blues Awards to represent France in 2026.
